1. CASING
Double skin, electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet metal panels, resistant to corrosive sea conditions and strikes.In order to adjust fresh air mix ratio,mixing damper mechanism and filter system are available on the units.
2. EVAPORATOR
Against seawater corrosion, co İngilizce çevirisi. pper tube, gold eloxal coated aluminum laminated fin.
3. CONDENSER
İngilizce çevirisi. The marine type semi-hermetic or hermetic compressor is installed with steel profiles on a shell & tube type condenser as compressor-condenser assembly. Condenser pipes are Cu-Ni pipes that are resistant to seawater. Condenser pipes can be easily cleaned through openable caps. It has a double liquid discharge so that it is not affected by the wobble and trim. In order to ensure the regular operation of the system, the electrical board with bronze cable nozzle has been designed with the necessary main fuse, contactors and thermal switches.
4. FANS
İngilizce çevirisi. Statically and dynamically balanced, backward curved or forward curved radial fans are used. Fan-motor assembly are installed on rubber isolators against vibration.
5. COOLING CIRCUIT ELEMENTS
Drier, Sight Glass, Expansion Valve, Solenoid Valve, Double Reset, Low-HighPressure Switches, DifferentialPressure Switches (Dirty Filter alarm), Freezing Thermostat, Control Panel (Digital, Programmable).
6. CONDENSER CIRCUIT ELEMENTS

7. POWER VE AUTOMATION BOARD (DDC + MCC)
The electrical and automation board is designed to be resistant to seawater conditions. Consists of the power and control circuit equipped with the necessary contactors, thermal switches, automatic fuses, switches, signal lamps, etc. The control system is standard with digital thermostat or microprocessor control system according to model. Tested according to EN 60204-1.
HORIZONTALCOMPACT UNIT (WITH SEMI HERMETİCCOMPRESSOR)
It is suitable for the climatization of large spaces in ships. For connection of round ducts, there exists a nozzle plenum box which has a damper for fresh air inlet. Cooling is provided as DX with marine type semi hermetic, capacity controlled (CMH15-20-25) compressors. For heating; hot water, steam or hot oil coils can be installed optionally. Electrical panel, ventilation section and compressor, the condenser group is compactly assembled on the unit. Composed of double skinned RAL 9002 polyester-based powder painted galvanized sheet metal panels which are very resistive to corrosive sea water conditions.
